The potty

So we have been potty training all week and this girl has no time for it! She does not like the bathroom but likes her potty. I have tried everything books, candy, stickers. She tells me but its while she's going poor thing:( So I've decided that this is what we will do during Lilly's 30 min TV in the am. Just getting her comfortable with the potty is the goal for right now.

This weekend we watch Brody for my brother and Casey. Lilly and Bogey were very busy keeping up with him. We went to a taste of Charlotte Sat it was different there was good food but a lot of people so we decided to grab dinner at a new place downtown. Daniel Lilly played with water fountains. Sunday Jetta came over to see Lilly we decided to go the pool and Gaugie,Nannie and Ma Ma D all joined. 

First hair cut

So we finally made the decision to cut Lilly's hair she had been rocking the mullet far to long. We decided tongi where Daniel goes just because Lilly might be better with someone she doesn't know. Otherwise her Aunt Audi would do it. She was wonderful an so excited she hopped right in that chair and was ready to go . Last year she freaked out that's why we waited. I am so proud of her.

Keeping up

It's been so busy since we got back from beach. Lilly is at such amazing age. She is so observant and fearless! She loves the boat and lake. I can not wait to spend my summer days with her!! On our check list is potty training and recognizing letters and their sounds. My husband is so good with her, he amazes me everyday! 

Saturday his parents watched her so that we could have some adult time and we ran into these girls so much fun! We also made muffins aka cupcakes. 

Beach weekend

Such a good trip Folly Beach we really needed the family time. Never take anything for granted. Make memories while you can and love unconditionally.
